Jon Jones

Jon Jones is an American professional MMA fighter who at 23 years old became the youngest champion in the history of the UFC. He is currently regarded as one of the greatest MMA fighters on the planet, and holds the two-time title of UFC Light Heavyweight Champion.

Jones is 6″4 inches and 230 pounds. His diet includes a lot of lean meats, vegetables, healthy carbohydrates, and of course protein shakes. Jon Jones Diet

To maintain his form and stay at the top of his game, Jon Jones follows a very strict dietary plan. Jones also believes strongly in the power of proper hydration, and drinks at least 20 oz of water with each meal, including snacks.

Foods Jones will eat include: bananas, eggs, chicken, steak, turkey, salmon, olive oil, and oatmeal.

Foods Jones will avoid include: Processed sugar, junk food, artificial ingredients, processed foods, hydrogenated fats, refined foods. Here’s an example of Jon Jones’ daily diet.

Breakfast: Eight large eggs and a large bowl of porridge. Jones has also been reported to eat 5 eggs, spinach, turkey, and oatmeal with berries for breakfast. 

Mid-day snack: Protein shake with low sugar.

Lunch: Large bowl of pasta and chicken breast.

Evening snack: Protein shake with low sugar.

Dinner: Large bowl of steak and a baked potato with broccoli.

Before bed: Protein shake with very low sugar.
