Ryback is the stage name of Nevada Ryan Reeves, a now-retired professional wrestler from Las Vegas. He’s appeared in a number of high profile wrestling tournaments like the Florida Championship Wrestling, Ohio Valley Wrestling, and Deep South Wrestling tournaments. Ryback has also been featured in the TV show WWE Smackdown.
Aside from his wrestling career, Ryback is simply famous for his muscular physique and confident attitude. In general, Ryback has said that he doesn’t believe in following any type of strict diet. That being said, Ryback does have a preference for complex carbs and protein.
In order to maintain his size, Ryback eats a significant amount of food. Most of the food Ryback eats is protein-rich. This means that every two hours for a total of 8 – 10 times per day, Ryback eats a meal made up of foods like chicken, brown rice, steak, fish, turkey, tuna, eggs, etc. It’s been reported that Ryback’s first meal of the day is a full bowl of pasta and a pound of steak.
