Jeff Seid Diet

To maintain his “cut” physique, Seid eats a very specific diet. It consists of a lot of lean meats like chicken, vegetables, and other proteins like egg whites. This is what a day on a plate looks like for Jeff Seid, according to him.

Jeff Seid Diet Example #1 

Breakfast (6:00am): Two whole eggs, four egg whites, half a cup of Old Fashion oatmeal, 1/4 cup of blueberries, and a multi-vitamin pack with Omega 3 pills.

Morning snack two hours before gym (9:00am): 1 cup of brown rice and a 6oz. chicken breast.

Lunch, after the gym (1:00pm): A banana or mini gatorade, and two-scoops of whey protein.

Mid-afternoon snack (3:00pm): 3 oz avocado, and a 6oz chicken breast.

Dinner (5:00): 8oz. steak with a 6oz sweet potato.

An hour before bed (8:00pm): 8oz cod or 1.5 cups of liquid egg whites.

Breakfast (9:00am): Five egg whites, a whole egg, half a cup of oatmeal, and a banana.

Midd-morning snack (11:00am): protein shake with an apple.

Lunch (1:00pm): 8oz. chicken breast with a salad and sweet potato.

Mid-afternoon snack (3:30pm): A ham sandwich with grapes.

Pre-dinner snack (6:00pm): Protein shake.

Dinner (7:30): 8oz. steak with a sweet potato, broccoli, and salad.

Post-dinner snack (10:00pm): Peanut butter and jelly sandwich with two glasses of milk.

Before-bed snack (11:30pm): Half a cup of greek yogurt and some blueberries.
