In interviews in the past, Bailey has said that she doesn’t follow a very strict diet. She’s said that she doesn’t count carbs, nor does she weigh portions of food. For that reason it would be difficult to try and set up a diet plan according to what Bailey eats. Never the less, here are some examples of the foods Bailey eats.
In terms of protein, Bailey says she mostly eats egg whites, fish, turkey, steak, and a little chicken. And for carbs, Bailey says that she sources her carbohydrates mostly from oatmeal, sweet potatoes, and rice.
In general though, Bailey has made it clear that she prefers to just eat “like a normal person.” She simply tries to choose healthier ingredients—wheat pasta with ground turkey instead of white pasta noodles with beef. Therefore, the lesson take away from Bailey’s diet is that you can still eat the same types of food you’ve always eaten, just take more care in the individual ingredients you’re using to make your meals. Eat organic when possible. Choose whole wheat instead of white breads. Instead of heavy red meats, spring for turkey or other lean, white meats.
