Mariusz Pudzianowski

Mariusz Pudzianowski is a former strongman competitor and current MMA fighter from Poland who quickly gained notoriety for his monstrous physique. Pudzianowski has won a Guinness World Record breaking five World’s Strongest Man competitions, more than any other athlete in the world. To build out his muscles and stay at the top of his game, Mariusz uses a number of supplements, and follows a protein heavy diet.

While Mariusz hasn’t disclosed the exact brands he uses, in an interview with Monster Supplements, Mariusz said he uses the following: “BCAAs, amino acids, magnesium, potassium, protein and creatine. Before training I also take energy boosters.” Here’s the recommended brands of those supplements.

Mariusz Pudzianowski Diet

Pudzianowski has claimed before that he doesn’t follow any particular diet, and more or less eats everything. However, in an interview with Muscle & Fitness magazine Pudzianowski gave a more thorough breakdown of the sorts of foods he eats in a day. According to Pudzianowski himself, this is more or less what he eats over the course of the day.

Breakfast: 10 eggs and 2-3 pounds of bacon.

Snacks between meals: Candy.

Lunch ( 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm): Polish pork chop, sauerkraut and potatoes. He eats this about an hour before working out.

Supplements (after workout): Protein shake, chocolate, magnesium, creatine, BCAA’s, vitamines, potassium, amino acids.

Dinner: For dinner Pudzianowski reportedly eats whatever meat he has available at that time, which normally means steak, pork chops, or bacon, accompanied by more potatoes and sauerkraut.

3:00 am or 4:00 am: Pudzianowski claims he wakes up in the middle of the night to eat more chocolate.
