Brooke Ence

While Brooke Ence started her career as a professional dancer, her major claim to fame has been her  achievements as a cross-fit athlete. In 2015, Ence would compete for the first time in the Reebok CrossFit Games. She took home two first place medals that year for her performance on the “Snatch Speed Ladder”, and the “Clean and Jerk”.

Ence would go on to play the role of Penthesilea in the 2017 film Wonder Woman, and again in the 2017 film Justice League. In 2018, she played the role fo Rebecca Jones in the TV series Black Lightning. Currently, Ence works as a trainer at the CrossFit West Santa Cruz gym in California. Ence’s massive success over the years as a CrossFit athlete, and well known trainer, has lead many to ask: what kinds of daily supplements does she use? We’ve broken it down for you below.
