While Brooke Ence started her career as a professional dancer, her major claim to fame has been her achievements as a cross-fit athlete. In 2015, Ence would compete for the first time in the Reebok CrossFit Games. She took home two first place medals that year for her performance on the “Snatch Speed Ladder”, and the “Clean and Jerk”.
Ence would go on to play the role of Penthesilea in the 2017 film Wonder Woman, and again in the 2017 film Justice League. In 2018, she played the role fo Rebecca Jones in the TV series Black Lightning. Currently, Ence works as a trainer at the CrossFit West Santa Cruz gym in California. Ence doesn’t follow any strenuous diet plan like the Paleo or Keto diet. But she does count macro nutrients (grams of carbs, proteins, and fats). To keep track, Ence uses an application on her phone. In general, the most important aspect of Ence’s diet is that she eats whole foods rather than processed foods. Fresh fruits instead of canned goods, and lots of home cooked meals.
